Workspace Settings

2 min read

Workspace settings provide a central place to review and manage workspace-level configuration.

The settings page is organized into sections on the left. Selecting a section changes the details shown on the right.

Use General to manage basic workspace information.

You can:

  • Update the workspace name
  • Update the workspace description
  • Copy the workspace ID
  • Review when the workspace was created
  • Review the workspace owner

The workspace name is required. Unsaved changes show Cancel and Save Changes actions.

Use Members & Access to review workspace membership and access health.

This section includes:

  • Member summary counts
  • Search and filters
  • Workspace role filtering
  • Project access filtering
  • Group membership filtering
  • Recent member activity
  • Remove-from-workspace action

Use Projects to check who can open each project in the workspace.

This section includes:

  • People added directly to each project
  • Groups with access to each project
  • An Access badge for each project, including a warning when nobody can open it
  • Search, filtering and sorting
  • Links to open projects

This section includes:

  • Custom fields
  • Shared steps
  • Parameters
  • Counts and status labels
  • Links to manage each area

Use Security & Access to review access-token health and available security tools.

This section includes:

  • Access-token counts
  • Active, disabled, and expiring-soon token metrics
  • Link to Access Tokens
  • Link to Audit Logs
  • Verified email domains, single sign-on, and SCIM directory provisioning

Billing shows what the workspace is on, what it includes, and what it has been charged. Owners and workspace managers can see it.

The section holds:

  • Subscription — the current plan, what it includes (people, projects, storage, history and AI credits, each shown against what is in use), and the billing cycle. Monthly and yearly can be switched here, and a subscription can be cancelled.
  • Billing history — the current period’s charges line by line, and every invoice raised so far.

Plans differ by size. The one exception is directory provisioning (SCIM), which is available on Enterprise only; single sign-on is on every plan. See Pricing for the tiers and what each includes.
