A workspace is the top-level area where teams organize projects, users, groups, roles, and shared configuration.
When you open a workspace, Hawzu takes you to the workspace Projects page. From there, you can open projects, manage workspace-level access, and move into workspace settings.
What a Workspace Contains
Section titled “What a Workspace Contains”A workspace brings together:
- Projects
- Users
- Groups
- Roles
- Custom fields
- Shared steps
- Parameters
- Integrations
- Access tokens
- Audit logs
- Workspace settings
Most testing work happens inside projects. Workspace pages help you organize the people, access, and shared setup around those projects.
Workspaces Page
Section titled “Workspaces Page”The Workspaces page lists the workspaces you can access.
Each workspace card shows:
- Workspace name
- Description, when one has been added
- Starred status, when marked
- Default status, when selected as your default workspace
From the card, you can open the workspace, star it, or set it as your default workspace. Hawzu provides a workspace when you sign up; additional workspaces appear after you are invited and accept the invitation.
