Use the Hawzu login page to access your workspaces, projects, test cases, defects, and reports.
Sign In
Section titled “Sign In”- Go to https://app.hawzu.com/.
- Enter your Email Address.
- Enter your Password.
- Select Log In.
Hawzu checks that the email address is valid and that the password meets the minimum length requirement before continuing.
Password Guidance
Section titled “Password Guidance”Passwords are case-sensitive and must be at least 6 characters.
If you forgot your password, use Need help? on the login page to open the Login Help page.
Two-Factor Authentication
Section titled “Two-Factor Authentication”If two-factor authentication is enabled, Hawzu opens a verification prompt after your email and password are accepted.
You may be able to verify with:
- An authenticator app code.
- A one-time code sent to your email.
- A backup code.
The verification prompt has a time limit. If the time runs out, start the login again.
Email One-Time Code
Section titled “Email One-Time Code”If you choose email verification, select Send One-Time Code to Email. Hawzu sends a code to your email address.
Enter the code, then verify it. You can resend the code if needed.
Backup Code
Section titled “Backup Code”If you have a backup code, choose the backup-code option and enter the code to complete sign-in.
Use backup codes carefully and keep them in a secure place.
Sign Up Link
Section titled “Sign Up Link”If you do not have an account yet, use Sign up on the login page.

After Login
Section titled “After Login”After a successful login:
- Hawzu opens your default workspace when one is set.
- If your default workspace is no longer available, Hawzu clears it and opens another available workspace.
- If you have no selected workspace, Hawzu opens the Workspaces page.
