Manage Integrations

2 min read

Use the workspace Integrations page to review configured connections, check connection status, update details, and delete integrations.

The table shows each configured connection with:

  • Integration
  • Type
  • Scope
  • Status: Active, or Disabled when the integration is turned off.
  • Connection: the result of the latest connection check.
  • Actions

The Scope column shows All Projects or the number of selected projects. Hover over selected-project scope to see project names.

Expand a row to see the integration’s Description, Capabilities, Repositories, Configuration, and who created it and when.

Hawzu checks each active integration and shows one of these in the Connection column:

  • Connected: the connection check succeeded.
  • Needs attention: the connection works, but something set up on it doesn’t, such as a repository Hawzu can no longer reach.
  • Checking: Hawzu is checking the connection.
  • Disconnected: the connection check failed.

Disabled integrations aren’t checked and show a dash. Use Re-check connection on the row to check again after fixing something.

If a connection is disconnected, open Edit Integration, review the credentials, and run Test Connection again.

Expand a row to see its Configuration. Depending on the integration type, details can include:

  • Jira project and issue type
  • GitHub repository and labels
  • GitLab project and labels
  • Azure DevOps project and work item type
  • Linear team and state
  • Slack channel and notification preferences

Use the actions menu and select Edit Integration.

You can update:

  • Integration name
  • Description
  • Project scope
  • Connection details
  • Credentials
  • Issue creation defaults
  • Slack channel and notification preferences

Sensitive fields are masked during editing. Leave a masked field blank to keep the existing value, or enter a new value to replace it.

Use Delete Integration from the actions menu when a connection is no longer needed.

Available actions depend on workspace access. Some users may be able to view integrations but not edit or delete them.
