Use Login Help when you cannot sign in, need a password reset, or need a new verification email.
Open Login Help
Section titled “Open Login Help”From the login page, select Need help?.
You can also go to https://app.hawzu.com/login-support.
Reset Your Password
Section titled “Reset Your Password”Choose Password, enter your Work email, and send the reset link.
Hawzu sends password reset instructions to the email address associated with your account.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the address is correct.
Resend Verification
Section titled “Resend Verification”Choose Resend verification, enter your Work email, and select Resend verification email.
Use this when:
- The original verification email did not arrive.
- The verification link expired.
- Your account still needs email verification before login.

Section titled “Contact Support”If self-serve recovery does not solve the problem, use the support section on the Login Help page.

- Workspace access that still looks wrong after retrying.

Back to Login
Section titled “Back to Login”After the issue is fixed, return to Login and sign in.
