Troubleshooting Overview

Most Hawzu issues come from access, browser state, network conditions, or expected read-only behavior.



Before digging deeper:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Check that you are in the right workspace and project.
  3. Clear filters when a list looks empty.
  4. Confirm your role allows the action.
  5. Try a private browser window.
  6. Capture the error message if the issue repeats.

Some pages or actions are intentionally read-only:

  • Archived releases block further changes.
  • Completed releases can block execution changes.
  • System roles cannot be edited or deleted.
  • Workspace-level shared configuration can be locked from project pages.
  • Users may inherit access from groups even after direct project access is removed.
