Test Execution Summary

1 min read

The Test Execution Summary gives you a pass/fail/blocked breakdown across testruns and release executions. Use it to see how testing is trending over a period, which executions need attention, and where failures are concentrated.

The summary is filtered by a date range and a set of attribute filters:

  • Scope date range: Choose a preset — Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days — or Custom range to pick your own start and end dates. The default is Last 30 days.
  • Search execution or release: Find a specific execution or release by name.
  • Type: Filter by execution type (for example, standalone test runs vs release child executions).
  • Completion: Filter by how far along an execution is.
  • Sort by: Reorder the executions table.

The report surfaces the key totals for everything in scope:

  • Pass rate
  • Tests passed
  • Tests failed
  • Tests blocked
  • Not executed

A result mix breaks every test result in scope down by status, with counts and share.

The Executions table lists each execution in scope with its type, parent release, status, created date, total and executed test counts, Pass %, and an attention signal that flags executions needing follow-up.

A folder breakdown highlights the folders contributing the most failures, with pass rate, failed count, distinct failing tests, and the result mix for each folder.

Download the summary as a PDF or as Excel (XLSX). The PDF dialog lets you choose sections — cover page, executive summary, coverage & pass rate KPIs, result mix, top failing folders, the executions table, and an optional per-execution breakdown (one page per execution).
