Authentication and Account Access

Hawzu uses account sign-in, email verification, password reset, and optional two-factor authentication to protect workspace access.
Authentication Guides
Section titled “Authentication Guides”- Login: sign in with email and password, complete two-factor checks, and understand post-login routing.
- Sign Up: create an account with an email address and verify it.
- Login Help: reset a password, resend a verification email, or contact support.
Account Access Basics
Section titled “Account Access Basics”To use Hawzu, you need:
- A Hawzu account.
- A verified email address.
- Access to at least one workspace provided at signup or accepted through a team invitation.
After login, Hawzu opens your default workspace when one is set. Otherwise, it opens your first available workspace or the Workspaces page.
Two-Factor Authentication
Section titled “Two-Factor Authentication”If two-factor authentication is enabled for your account, Hawzu asks for an additional verification step after your email and password are accepted.
Available verification choices can include an authenticator app code, a one-time email code, or a backup code.
