Network and Server Troubleshooting

1 min read

Network and server issues are often temporary. Use these checks before retrying or contacting support.

If you see Network Error, Unable to connect, or Something went wrong:

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Try another network if available.
  • Refresh the page.
  • Try a private browser window.
  • Temporarily disconnect VPN or proxy tools if your company policy allows it.

If you see a server error:

  • Retry after a short wait.
  • Confirm required fields are complete.
  • Try a smaller or simpler change if you were saving a large edit.
  • Capture the message and page URL if it repeats.

A page may not be available if:

  • The URL is outdated.
  • You no longer have access.
  • The project, release, execution, test run, defect, or other item was removed.

Use in-app navigation and confirm your workspace or project access.

If a page keeps loading:

  • Wait briefly and retry.
  • Avoid opening many heavy views at once.
  • Check network stability.
  • Try a supported browser with extensions disabled.

Contact support@snoowl.com if the issue repeats or affects multiple users.

Include what you were trying to do, the visible error, the page URL, and a screenshot if available.
