Hawzu includes an in-app AI assistant for quick product help. It is designed to answer using Hawzu documentation and to stay within documented behavior.
Where to Find It
Section titled “Where to Find It”Use the visible Ask entry point in Hawzu to open the assistant.
The assistant appears as a help chat window where you can ask product and documentation questions.
What It Can Help With
Section titled “What It Can Help With”The assistant can help with:
- Finding the right documentation page.
- Explaining feature workflows.
- Clarifying expected behavior.
- Summarizing documented guidance.
- Pointing out when the docs do not contain an answer.
Good questions are specific, such as:
- “How do I revoke an access token?”
- “What happens when a shared step is deleted?”
- “What is the difference between executions and test runs?”
Limits
Section titled “Limits”The assistant is documentation-grounded. It should not be treated as a source for:

- Legal, financial, or compliance guarantees.
- Internal implementation details.
- Undocumented product behavior.
If documentation does not cover the question, the assistant may say it could not find that information.
