#Cannot Create Defects

Problem: Unable to create new defects.

Solutions:

1. Required Fields

   • Ensure title and description fields are filled
   • Check that all required custom fields are completed

2. Permissions

3. Form Validation

   • Check for validation errors in the form
   • Ensure all field requirements are met

#Defects Not Linking to Test Cases

Problem: Cannot link defects to test cases or links not working.

Solutions:

1. Test Case Availability

   • Verify the test case exists and is accessible
   • Check if you have permission to view the test case

2. Link Creation

   • Ensure you’re using the correct linking method
   • Try creating the link from the defect page or test case page

3. Refresh

   • Refresh the page to see updated links
