#Import Not Working

Problem: Cannot import test cases or data from files.

Solutions:

1. File Format

   • Try importing smaller batches if the file is large

3. Data Validation

#Export Issues

Problem: Cannot export data or exports are incomplete.

Solutions:

   • Try a different browser

2. Data Selection

   • Verify you’ve selected the data you want to export
   • Check if filters are limiting the export

3. Large Exports
